Victoria Knolls is one of our favorite neighborhoods in Torrance and the South Bay As it’s on the hillside of the PV peninsula it’s quite different from the “flatlands” below. As there’s only one real road in or out it’s a quiet little neighborhood and given the hillside location homes often have great city views.
