February Home Sales in Torrance Picking Up Slightly
Torrance Real Estate Update for February 2023
Welcome to the real estate recap for home sales and home prices in Torrance CA. Torrance home sales were once again on the slower side during February in terms of the number of homes that sold. There were only 52 homes that closed escrow during the month which was a slight improvement from the 46 in January. That’s still less than half the homes sold during the peak summer months in 2022.
The average “asking” price was $937,264 with the average sold price at $929,622 compared with $1,046,500 in January.
The average price per foot for the month was $627 which was slightly lower than in October. The average days on market was a 35 before going into pending status.
