It was back to being a big month for home sales and home prices in Torrance CA during March.  We saw 107 on MLS closed home sales which was a increase from February in which there were 76 sold homes.

The average “list” price for the homes that sold during March was $996,628 with the average sold price at $1,056,201 meaning that homes generally sold WAY over the asking price.

Welcome to the real estate recap for the month that was in February 2022.  It was a slower month in terms of the number of homes that closed escrow in Torrance CA.

There were 76 closed home sales on the MLS which was a significant drop from December in which there were 111 sold homes but a slight uptick from the 73 closed sales in January.

According to Torrance real estate specialist Keith Kyle. the average “asking” price for the homes that sold was $915,432 with the average “sold” price at $965,931 meaning that homes generally sold WAY over the asking price.

October was a great month for home sales and home sellers in Torrance CA with 112 on MLS property sales closing.  Unfortunately this isn’t great news for home buyers with only 51 current homes for sale in all of Torrance.  The median sold price was $950,000 and the average “sold” price topped $1,000,000.  Average days on market was a very short 15 before going into escrow and the average price per foot was $636 .
