If you’re looking for a home in a gated community, the Plaza Del Amo area of central Torrance should definitely be on your radar. There are a number of gated complexes ranging from condos to single family style homes.
One of the top home sales in those communities in September was a large freestanding single family home in the gated community of Belmar.
