Only 51 Homes for sale in all of torrance as of Thanksgiving day
The latest numbers in the Torrance real estate market are not good for those eager home buyers waiting for demand to wain. Each month in 2021 both closed home sales and new escrows are at peak numbers but “new” listings just can’t keep up with the seemingly never ending demand.
As of October 25th there are only 51 active listings on the MLS in all of Torrance which is a near historic low. Last October there were 88 homes for sale which was historically lower than normal.
