Torrance real estate recap for November 2023
Home sales in Torrance had a bit of a slow down in terms of both the number of homes that sold as well as the prices that they sold for.
There were 60 closed Torrance home sales in November compared to 71 in October and 90 in September.
The average “listing” price was $990,362 with the average sales price at $1,012,100 which was healthy dip from the October average sold price of $1,100,411.
Homes averaged $689 a square foot and the average days on market was 37 before homes went into escrow or “pending” status.
